删除不必要的备份文件，修复几个严重bug：

问题1. 领地系统错误的把玩家名归一化引起的大小写名字、特殊字符的玩家绕过限制修复1：取消归一化，按人头配置权限问题2：临时密码不作为改密码的验证凭据，导致忘记真实密码后无法改密码修复2：临时密码也作为改密码的验证凭据
