fix: 下载类回复保留Markdown链接格式

问题：
- _clean_markdown()把[文本](URL)转换成纯文本，丢失URL
- 用户问"登录插件下载地址"时，回复变成"官方下载 bbsmc分流"
- 实际应该是"[官方下载](https://...) [bbsmc分流](https://...)"

修复：
- 新增 _clean_markdown(keep_links=False) 参数
- 检测下载意图（含下载/地址关键词 + 含URL）
- 下载类回复保留原始Markdown链接格式

效果：
- 非下载类：仍清理Markdown（普通问答）
- 下载类：保留[文本](URL)格式（含可点击链接）
