维护消息占位符防双重替换：标签+定界符混合写法只换占位符

问题：配置「开始时间[starttime]，结束时间[endtime]」时，定界符占位符先替换成时间，
中文标签「开始时间/结束时间」又被裸替换二次吃掉，渲染成两份时间连排。
修复：replaceVar 先扫描本组 key 是否已有定界符形式出现（delimHit），
命中则整组跳过裸子串替换、保留标签原文；裸写「开始时间」无定界符时仍正常替换。
新增 T3 用例 J 组 9 例，83/83 通过，白名单回归 27/0。

-> deserialize 前先替换成 JSON 转义换行，标签不再漏给玩家
2) [白名单] 段标题被删（只剩「# ===== 白名单段 =====」注释）时玩家名被静默丢弃，
白名单读成 0 人且 OP可绕过=flase 拼错也无提示 -> 所有人被拦
-> 注释式段标题也识别 + 段外无键值行按玩家名兜底收录
-> 条目清洗（零宽/全角空格/行内注释/列表前缀）+ 布尔拼写告警
-> 维护开启时打印白名单条目与控制段键，便于对账
测试：T3 真实源码抽取 46/46（含用户真实白名单.txt 解析）、maint 33/0、whitelist 27/0

- 涂蜡/刮蜡：从 onInteract 拆出独立处理器 onWaxInteract(HIGHEST)，改用 e.getItem()/getHand() 覆盖副手，
同时 DENY useInteractedBlock+useItemInHand；denyWax 改为安全权限（不看上级破坏/放置开关、
不豁免所有者/管理员/访客），并加放行原因诊断日志，解决"开了开关却拦不住"。
- PVP观赛：/pvp see 仅PVP世界生效，自动进原版观察者，回收PVP装备但不发还玩家自有装备，
发放2个不同雪球右键在观察者⇄普通生存间切换；离场/断线/重连自动还原游戏模式。
- PVP世界清理：新增 resolveWorldFolder/listWorldFolders 兼容 1.20.4+ 新布局
world/dimensions/minecraft/<name>，替换全部 getWorldContainer 拼路径，并加启动残留清扫，
修复磁盘堆出20+个 pvp_arena_* 残留目录的问题。
