fix: 添加平台名碎片过滤规则，拦截GitHub/gitee/gitcode+稳定版的OCR残片

问题：OCR把bot回复中的列表项（如"[√] GitHub(稳定版)"）误认成用户消息
特征：含平台名+版本标识，无实质提问内容

修复：在OCR预处理阶段添加专门过滤规则
- 多checkbox+仅1个中文词 → 列表碎片
- 多平台名+无问号+中文词≤2 → 平台名堆砌
- 单checkbox+单平台名+无问号+仅1个中文词 → 单条列表项碎片
- 有问号但无实质内容 → 纯平台名碎片

测试：14个用例全部通过，不会误杀真实用户提问
